Job Overview
Design and deliver training programs on various therapeutic areas  to meet training needs of internal client groups such as MR, MSL and other medical sales related roles. In addition to class room training and on-demand training, may deliver hands-on training.

Essential Functions
• Identify training needs, set training goals and design training programs for various therapeutic areas through discussion with clients
• Monitor and manage the whole process from planning to execution of training programs.
• Coordinate and prepare course materials for training sessions
• Deliver training sessions
• May provide feedback to trainees
• Provide support and guidance to less experienced members of the training team.
• Under supervision, may prepare tests and exams designed to verify trainees' learning.

Qualifications
• Bachelor's Degree Degrees in life Sciences or related field are preferred Req
• Typically requires 2-3  years of prior relevant experience.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to conduct face to face presentations to trainees.
• Effective coaching and counseling skills.
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with coworkers, managers and clients
• Good computer skills including Microsoft Office applications.
• Knowledge of code of practice, ethical guidelines and other guidelines required in each respective country
• Ability to provide effective supports and training to less experienced members of the training team.
