Responsibilities:

  • Assess EDC collection requirements per protocol and create study start-up eCRF package based on global eCRF libraries.
  • EDC build and programming as per study requirements
  • Knowledge and handling experience on various external data sources
  • Previous experience working with EHR
  • Design eCRF layout including form dynamics.
  • Program Edit check and Custom Functions.
  • Create and configure tSDV technical specifications, Safety Gateway integration specifications, and Datamart mapping specifications.
  • Implement EDC coding configuration based on trial defined coding requirements.
  • Perform, test and produce Rave EDC Migration
  • Oversee planning, requirements, and implementation of IWRS integrations to EDC.
  • Serve as subject matter expertise for complex elements of EDC database builds (including integrations).
  • Serve subject matter expertise for complex elements of EDC database builds (including optimal custom functions implementation).
  • Provide training to junior staff on EDC build and migration process and tools
  • Participate in process, system, and tool improvement initiatives within clinical data management.

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelors degree in life science or related field required
  • 5+ years of Study Build experience using RAVE within the Clinical Research Organization or Pharmaceutical environment required
  • Prior eSource experience, working with sourced data from different systems required  
  • HL7 FHIR knowledge required
  • Knowledge of tsDTA and JSON files required
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and highly effective interpersonal, and organizational skills
  • Ability to interact in a cross-functional and multi-cultural team environment
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with coworkers, managers and clients

The potential base pay range for this role, when annualized, is $105,800.00 - $176,300.00. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time). Dependent on the position offered, incentive plans, bonuses, and/or other forms of compensation may be offered, in addition to a range of health and welfare and/or other benefits.
