Job Description

Job Overview

During project assignments, works closely with workstream leads and peers, serving as a key contributor to client engagements, with a focus on client satisfaction and delivery quality. Understands the stages of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and has familiarity with revenue management software systems (Model N Flex, Powered by N, Gross to Net). Able to apply problem-solving techniques and propose solutions with limited oversight from senior team members.

Essential Functions

  • Contributing team member in the development of client-facing presentations, the creation of detailed analysis and quality deliverables, and the execution of pivotal project tasks.
  • Works comfortably within the revenue management software system to identify issues and solutions that drive projects toward completion.
  • Learns new skills and system functionality quickly to provide value to client engagements.
  • Navigates ambiguity and demonstrates analytical skills by asking thoughtful questions and adapting approach accordingly.  
  • Autonomously balances a workload of multiple tasks and effectively communicates progress to project leadership.
  • Represents IQVIA in a professional manner both internally and externally on client engagements.
  • Provides guidance to junior team members, and proactively seeks opportunities to expand knowledge within pricing and contracting.
  • Participates in or provides input on Thought Leadership activities and engages on internal initiatives within the GPC practice.
  • Communicates effectively in a remote working environment with colleagues, clients, and project leadership.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree Required
  • 1-3 years of experience. At least 2 years of experience in the pharmaceutical / healthcare / life sciences or consulting industry.
  • Possess client-facing delivery skills and the ability to support workshops, testing, identification of issues and development of solutions.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate in a team environment, including valuing the opinions of others and encouraging knowledge sharing.
  • Technical or programming skills a plus.
  • Experience in one or more of the following areas a plus:
    • Master Data Management
    • Direct/Indirect Sales
    • Chargebacks
    • Government Pricing
    • Medicaid
    • Managed Care Contracting
    • Commercial Contracting
    • Testing
    • Integration Development
    • Report Development
    • Historical Data Conversion
  • Experience in Microsoft Office Professional

The potential base pay range for this role, when annualized, is $72,900.00 - $121,500.00. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time). Dependent on the position offered, incentive plans, bonuses, and/or other forms of compensation may be offered, in addition to a range of health and welfare and/or other benefits.
