Job Description

Essential Functions
• Codes data, as required, transforming incoming paper data from suppliers to electronic data files.
• Interprets written responses and enter coding systems allocating data to standard reference systems.
• Performs quality assurance on coded data to ensure it accurately reflects the paper data submission.
• Bridges data, comparing incoming transaction data with IQVIA’ reference data files to make a match or bridge between the two using manual or automated processes.

Roles and Responsibilities
- Transcribes paper invoice required details into Malaysia Paper Panel template
- Validates invoice transactions and compares against Malaysia’s master compilation with IQVIA’s reference database to make a match or bridge
- Performs quality assurance on transcribed data to ensure it accurately reflects the actual / closest invoice details
- Executes necessary tasks in maintaining the reference files based on set guidelines
- Performs data gathering and reviews product reference information with the use of internet
- Updates and maintains product reference database
- Provides regular updates to local office for deliverables
- Performs regular review of all product reference extracts
- Provides accurate and complete outputs for all reports according to timeline
- Participates in projects and process improvements
- Works and communicates with other departments
- Liaise with Support teams to perform data fixes
- Provides and analyze query resolutions and inputs

Qualifications
• Pharmacy bachelor's degree or health sciences-related background preferred
• Proficient in verbal and written communication skills in English or language of the country supported, but not required
• With at least three (3) years’ work experience in which PC literacy skills including Word, Excel have been gained
• Ability to read and translate paper invoice details
· Ability to follow established procedures to resolve routine matters
· Knowledge in medical field or IT is preferred but not necessary
· Has a strong customer focus, attention to details, good analytical and problem-solving skills.
· Ability to work under time constraints and changing work volumes.
• Ability to carry out some analysis and information gathering to resolve problems on routine matters.
