Tasks:

• Proposal and contract preparation

• Price calculation for daily customer inquiries regarding IQVIA's wide range of offers

• Monthly invoice control

• Planning and execution of data analysis and customer specific reports

• General support and organization for internal onboarding, meetings and customer trainings

• Ensuring clean documentation (user manuals, PowerPoint presentations (customer as well as IQVIA presentations)

• Support in monthly data production (for IQVIA sell-in and sell-out data) as well as raw data and database control incl. data shipping
