Job Description

As the company is currently facing a growing demand for Market Access Services, we are currently looking for a Consultant to join our Real World Solutions - Pricing & Market Access team in Milan.

As a Consultant with IQVIA, you will be involved in development and delivery of consulting projects to help pharmaceutical companies develop successful market access strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategies to ensure optimal product positioning, market entry and overall life cycle management
  • Perform qualitative and quantitative analyses on economic and clinical data to aid the development of recommendations
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support the development of Pricingand Negotiation strategies and provide insightful guidance
  • Prepare and oversight Core Value Dossier, Pricing and Reimbursement Dossiers both at a national and a regional level
  • Support Payer & KOL consultationsand engagement through Advisory Boards and Preference elicitation methods (e.g., Delphi panel, MCDA)
  • Work independently and as part of a team, with responsibility for supervising junior team members
  • Assure the project management proactively managing project timelines, deliverables and day to day communication with the client and team members

Requirements

  • MSc degree in Life Science or Economics disciplines with strong record of academic achievement
  • A second degree or course in Market Access/Health Economics is considered as a plus
  • At least 3-years work experience gained with a consulting firm specialized in the Market Access field
  • In-depth knowledge of the PRMA business model, HTA and Italian health care system
  • Ability to analyze complex data, draw conclusions and succinctly summarize recommendations
  • Excellent Microsoft Office Skills: strong skills in working with Excel spreadsheets and creating presentations with Power Point
  • Proficiency in English (both written and spoken)
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Excellent execution skills, consistently meeting deadlines
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, juggle priorities and deliver on tight deadlines
  • Proactivity, curiosity, keenness to learn and commitment to a rapid development curve

Location: Milan – Hybrid contract
