LOCATION:

HeadOffice(Leeds) Hybrid working – minimum 2 days a week in the office

FUNCTION:

Responsible for the delivery of clinical reports to NHS GP Surgeries in Primary Care. The role requires communicating with staff members at NHS GP Surgeriesand the use of NHS clinical systems and other IT systems/software, which we will provide all training for internally. 

PrincipleResponsibilities:

This is not an exhaustive list of duties and you will be expected to perform different tasks asnecessitatedbyorganizationalrequirements/thebusinessobjectivesoftheorganization.

  • Communicate with NHS Partners e.g. Practice Managers and/or GPs who receive a relevant service from the company, ensuring services are delivered on time. 

  • Develop effective working relationships with all Interface staff, particularly the head office Sales and Commercial team. 

  • Work alongside & support the field-based Pharmacists to prepare data ahead of clinical reviews

  • Operate the NHS Primary Care clinical systems, to prepare Excel based reports– All training provided internally

  • Work to KPI’s and targets, ensuring work is completely in a timely manner and to a high standard.  

  • Manage your own workload by working with team members and other departments, principally the Sales/Commercial team and Clinical Pharmacists. 

  • Communicate information in a range of written and verbal formats to internal and external stakeholders. 

  • Adhere to the company Data Confidentiality and Information Governance policies.
