Job Overview

Participates in analytical, experimental, investigative and other fact-finding work in support of technology product | Responsibilities are within the Technology Product Development Support Function as a generalist or in a combination of Disciplines

Skill Requirements: 

  • 3-7 years of experience in IIS, Windows server and SQL/Oracle based application support
  • Experience in production support of application runs on Windows and databases Oracle, MS SQL server
  • Able to write SQL, and well understanding of Pl/SQL codes.
  • Manage various .net applications and websites.
  • Performance monitoring of Webserver – IIS
  • Have provided technical support (L3)
  • Perform scheduled maintenance and support release deployment activities on production servers (Windows) after hours
  • Should have very good experience in troubleshooting, independently analyze, solve, and correct issues in real time, providing problem resolution end-to-end.
  • Good understanding on traditional SDLC
  • ITIL certification is preferred
  • Coordination experience with application vendors for L3/L4 support
  • Refine and automate regular processes, track issues, and document changes
  • Experience of 24x7 support for critical production systems.
  • Have used ITSM tool to manage support process
  • Ability to organize and plan work independently
  • Work with customers and project management teams to identify key project milestones and implementation timelines
  • Work with customers and project management teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications
  • Day to day management of the ticketing queue for clients ensuring completion in line with client needs/expectations
  • Participate in QA, UAT & production launch support related to various customer engagements
  • Collaborate with product development team to help support platform functionality
  • Working knowledge of support processes and working in support environment
  • Expected to drive resolution to remediate both routine and non-routine problems and hold resources accountable to provide permanent
