Job Overview
Provide system support to the Project Finance Setup, Billing and Reconciliation team, ensuring that all issues are investigated timely and where necessary, escalated to PeopleSoft IT.  Serve as a subject matter expert for all project finance processes across all business lines, conducting UAT for new PeopleSoft implementations and ensuring that documentation is adequately maintained, and all team training needs are administered.

Complete all tickets as assigned and where necessary, escalate to PeopleSoft IT for resolution.
Hold regular meetings with PeopleSoft IT to review all outstanding system issues and ensure the correct level prioritisation.
Provide appropriate support and training to project finance team members for all system related issues identified through the normal course of business.
Complete all study transition activities in PeopleSoft, working with Contract and PM to ensure all necessary steps are complete.
Perform system UAT for PeopleSoft implementations, including the writing of test cases, updates to process documentation and conducting team training post implementation.
Proactivity identify system issues which are impeding our ability to bill and recognise revenue to ensure project unbilled and provisions are minimised.
Act as change agents, conduct regular reviews of existing processes to identify efficiencies and opportunities, working with IT to implement automated solutions.
Perform any other duties as assigned.


Qualifications
• Bachelor's Degree  Req
• 3 year’s Lab project finance experience Req Or
• Equivalent combination of education, training and experience. Req
• Knowledge of project finance setup, billing and reconciliation process advantageous
• Knowledge of Peoplesoft Project.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
• Technical accounting skills.
• Good analytical and numeracy skills.
• Ability to exercise judgment within procedures and practices to determine appropriate action.
• Ability to prioritize and coordinate multiple work requirements to meet deadlines.
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with co-workers, managers and clients.
