This position resides in IQVIA’s Scientific Delivery Center within the fast-growing Real World Solutions Business Unit (RBU). The role will attract talented early-career individuals into the organization with a structured development program to allow them to rapidly grow their careers. The analyst will have the opportunity to support the delivery of projects across the RBU including Medical Affairs (e.g. integrated evidence generation strategy, disease insights, implementation science, medical benchmarking, and change management); Regulatory Science and Medical Science (e.g.Drug Safety, Disease Burden, Natural History, Health Outcomes, Healthcare Resource Utilization, Patient Journeys, External Comparators, Comparative Effectiveness, Labeling Expansion, and Evidence Generators. We use a broad range of methods, ranging from retrospective database methods, bespoke data sourcing methods and primary data collection methods (e.g. chart review).

Role purpose and responsibilities

Under guidance from senior team members, the Analyst will contribute to the design and implementation of studies leveraging a broad range of secondary data sources to generate real-world evidence for clients delivery of client projects by conducting primary and secondary analyses. Depending on the delivery team supported the insights are used in multiple areas, e.g. to support planning and generation of evidence, healthcare provider decision-makers and payers, technological solutions for medical engagement, support reimbursement and market access, support questions around drug safety, understand burden and natural history of diseases, support regulatory engagement and submissions care gaps, prepare for new product launches and other areas as well.

The potential base pay range for this role, when annualized, is $80,100.00 - $133,500.00. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time). Dependent on the position offered, incentive plans, bonuses, and/or other forms of compensation may be offered, in addition to a range of health and welfare and/or other benefits.
