Job Description

IQVIA’s Digital Enablement Center of Excellence is focused on data-driven healthcare digital marketing innovations. We are charting new territories in the world of healthcare, combining the power of digital media marketing with data-centric solutions for Healthcare Providers (HCP) and Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) markets.

Description:

As a Measurement Product Manager responsible for our Partner Enablement offering, you oversee a part of our portfolio focusing on enabling our Measurement value proposition through partner integrations. It covers both HCP and DTC measurement capabilities. Your goal is to bring them to life, streamline our offerings portfolio, and scale our business. You have a keen eye for gaps in our current offerings and an innovative mindset for filling them. You are a highly skilled market analyst with a proven ability to strategize the full lifecycle of a product, from conception to release, revamping to upgrades.

As part of our Measurement Enablement team, you guide our product direction across various healthcare verticals, focusing on providers, publishers, and channel partners, with the opportunity to innovate and help to shape healthcare industry standards for media measurement and optimization. You work in close partnership with our Platform Team, our Innovation Team, and our Data Management Team.

Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to the product strategy and roadmap for a core set of existing and new product offerings and tie owned initiatives to strategic business objectives.
  • Own your product prioritization, functionality and scope definition to bring value to customers, while providing constant feedback to ensure white glove product delivery.
  • Close partnership with our Partnership and Innovation Teams to identify, assess, and push forward new go-to-market opportunities and product packages.
  • Oversee the complete product lifecycle, from conception to launch through GTM sales support, managing iterative improvements based on customer feedback and market developments.
  • Bring best practices from data visualization and user experience to create requirements and features that will meet customer and business needs.
  • Ensure collaboration across product teams to drive unified client experience and consistent measurement.
  • Engage with key stakeholders across different healthcare verticals to understand their unique needs and challenges.  Translate these insights into robust and innovative product solutions that provide measurable value.
  • Build strong partnerships with multiple teams: advanced analytics, partnerships, delivery, and data management to drive product enhancements.
  • Collaborate closely with Marketing to develop product positioning and messaging and produce necessary go-to-market support.
  • Conduct market and profitability analysis and opportunity cost analysis.
  • Navigate the complex data privacy and security landscape, developing products that adhere to stringent industry standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Ensure any regulatory or enterprise compliance impacts are accounted for in product and communicated to the team.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies through continuous market research. Utilize these insights to inform product strategy and maintain a competitive edge.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Econometrics, Healthcare Informatics, Business, or a related field; an advanced degree or MBA is preferred.
  • Experience and working knowledge of IQVIA data set is preferred.
  • At least 8 years of product management experience, preferably in a healthcare technology or data-focused organization, with a track record of driving high-performing product and solutions.
  • Understanding of the digital media landscape and key players (DSPs, SSPs, ad techs)
  • Ability to deliver against set objectives and timelines, defined through roadmap planning and prioritization.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to distill complex challenges and bring forward simple solutions for at scale socialization.
  • Comprehensive understanding of healthcare data, HCP and DTC identity, digital media marketing, and the intricacies of data privacy and security.
  • Demonstrated passion for healthcare technology and a commitment to leveraging data-driven innovation to improve healthcare outcomes.
