Job Overview:

The primary focus of this position is to support the oversight and management of the Customer's assets (projects and strategic initiatives) within IQVIA Product Development. The role holder will support and lead activities required to achieve the accelerated growth of the designated customer's account.  The position supports the governing of assets, resources, technology and processes required to support the designated customer portfolio of compounds in development.


Essential Functions:

  • Supports strategic planning, direction and support to business/strategic development initiatives for the Customer Delivery Hub (CDH).
  • Responsible for project management of strategic initiatives across the CDH
  • Collaborate with teams across the US RBU and IQVIA to drive strategic business initiatives
  • Coordinate new program kick-off schedule and handoff of production-ready programs to ongoing support programs
  • Evaluate CDH client deliverable needs and manage a comprehensive list of client requirements and project plans
  • Consult with internal CDH and other internal IQVIA teams on best practices for use and configuration of tools and solutions
  • Oversee the project work streams and managing conflicts across work streams
  • Lead and manage program status meetings and updates
  • Create and maintain project level documentation (project plans, Risk and Action logs, communication plan, QC plan, release plan, change management, etc.)
  • Collaborate with various Subject Matter Experts across IQVIA to understand the scenarios and assess impact on project
  • Team member responsible for the development of designated customer tools and operating principles.
  • Support the delivery teams by tracking against key metrics, milestones, and contractual obligations for a portfolio of projects to encompass expectation setting and management against quality, time and financial objectives
  • Support the CDH leadership team in driving key engagement initiatives across the CDH
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Experience/Education:

  • Degree in Life Science, Business Management, or related field required
  • Typically requires 5 - 7 years of prior relevant experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent knowledge of PowerPoint, power BI, CRM required
  • Requires deep knowledge of one or more related job areas typically obtained through advanced education combined with experience.
  • 10 years in the pharmaceutical, CRO, or related industry, experience to include clinical operations, CRA, Commercial and /or alternative operational functional (e.g. business development, data management, project management, laboratory, pre-clinical)
  • Equivalent combination of education, training and experience.

The potential base pay range for this role, when annualized, is $105,300.00 - $179,400.00. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time). Dependent on the position offered, incentive plans, bonuses, and/or other forms of compensation may be offered, in addition to a range of health and welfare and/or other benefits.
