Responsibilities:

•            Provide region support in preparation of FP&A month end financial reports

•            Assist in business and strategic plans and budget

•            Develop management reporting pack for each business area covering key financial and operational metrics

•            Proactively maintain financial reporting systems and assist with the data collection and consolidation process

•            Maintain accuracy of financial and resourcing forecasts by leads for sub-functions / offerings

•            As business partner for respective business unit

•            Support APAC region AR management

•            Embed LEAN culture within Finance function and drive efficiencies, automations across end to end processes involving Finance

•            Support internal and external audits through provision of requested information and clarifications

•            Other ad-hoc tasks and reporting as required

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree in Accounting or relevant discipline

• At least 7 years of accounting experience in FP & A

• Experience with large ERP systems/ Peoplesoft preferred

• Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications

• Strong analytical and numeracy skills

• Effective verbal and written communication skills

• CPA qualified (or equivalent) would be preferred
