Job Overview:

As a Client Services Manager (CSM), you will play a critical role in ensuring our healthcare clients receive exceptional value from our products and offerings. Your focus will be on building strong relationships, understanding client needs to provide tailored solutions, monitoring client experiences, and adding value throughout the client journey for Provider engagements, spanning hospital systems, specialty practice groups, and integrated delivery networks

Essential Functions: 

  • Establish and maintain client relationships, serving as a trusted advisor and strategic partner.

  • Develop and execute strategies to drive adoption, expansion, and advocacy across your assigned client accounts.

  • Ensure clients optimize our products/offerings to receive the highest return on investment (ROI).

  • Communicate effectively with internal resources to meet client requirements and deadlines.

  • Lead new client implementations by understanding the clients’ business needs, challenges, and translating them into measurableaccount plans.

  • Provide comprehensive training on IQVIA products, and analytic methodologies.

  • Assist clients with custom data analytics delivery and support.

  • Ensure client success by identifying training needs and cross-sell and up-sellopportunities for additional offerings, connecting with Sales and Account Management teams.

  • Maintain, and monitor client service agreements.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in client support/success, sales, business development, or account management.

  • Healthcare/pharmaceutical industry experience. Preferably experience working with targeted end-users within Provider organizations such as strategic planning, physician liaisons, business development, and marketing.

  • Familiarity with data and analytics.

  • Demonstrated history of successful client management and satisfaction.

  • Experience developing and providing training to clients on analytic concepts.

  • Ability to present to diverse audiences, ranging from senior executives to IT personnel.

  • Proven proficiency in client retention.

  • Strong presentation skills.

  • Teamwork, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

  • Familiarity with analyzing relational databases using SQL (preferred).

The potential base pay range for this role, when annualized, is $82,200.00 - $137,000.00. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time). Dependent on the position offered, incentive plans, bonuses, and/or other forms of compensation may be offered, in addition to a range of health and welfare and/or other benefits.
