Client seeks a strong Multichannel Operations Manager to join the Multichannel Engagement COE as they build and deliver innovative business capabilities to provide an unprecedented, customer-centric experience while driving a competitive advantage for their brands. This role will focus on all aspects of Multichannel Consumer Operations. 

This role is accountable to ensure that projects are completed on time, overseeing all factors that affect the Consumer Campaign Operations success, communicating status with regular frequency while identifying and managing risks and issues. Candidates should have a solid understanding of multichannel requirements and interdependencies.  Familiarity with agile project management for multichannel marketing is preferred.

The ideal candidate is comfortable working within a large, matrix organization and has a strong ability to navigate complex business structures.  S/he is a proud, detail-obsessed multitasker who knows how to create and manage a project plan, identifying and resolving problems along the way, and keeping multiple stakeholders involved.

Key Tasks and Deliverables:

Management of the following, measured by:

  • Successful management of the day-to-day operations and management of MCE agencies and vendor partners measured by
    • Ensuring clear communications and flawless delivery across channels and programs ​
  • Successful execution of the key brand deliverables as measured by
    • Actual vs Planned in-market delivery
  • Successful management of maintenance and delivery needs of  MCE Experience Lead measured by
    • Execution of data driven MCE plans for Consumer MCE assets including:
      • Driving development of project and planning briefs and other required documentation
      • Driving development of, and adherence to, overall project and planning timelines
      • Identifying and managing channel interdependencies
      • Maintaining MCE weekly status report
      • Maintaining MCE PO Tracker and supporting documents (e.g. executed vendor agreements)
      • Successful management of assets through the medical, legal, regulatory review process
  • Development of integrated project plans, identifying and managing interdependencies
  • Manages internal & external stakeholders against the project plan deliverables
  • Manages specific documentation: BRD, FSD,TSD; tagging, linking & URL matrices; etc.
  • Coordination and input for MCE Deployment Grid (timing & document maintenance ownership)
  • Identify & manage all channel interdependencies
  • Coordination and input for Media Asset Roadmap (timing & document maintenance ownership)
  • Cost and effort validations for SOW development
  • Provide Oversight of Link Matrix
  • Ensure campaign data is being collected

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree: Required
  • Pharmaceutical Consumer Operations Experience: Required
  • Legal, Medical, Regulatory Content approval process experience: Required
  • Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience in multichannel promotion highly preferred
  • Project Management Institute (PMI) Certified Associate: Preferred

  • Full understanding of medical/legal/regulatory process for pharma approvals required
  • Experience with multichannel production lifecycle (creative, development, UAT, deployment) required

Experience with multichannel promotion (web, banners, engagement programs, direct mail, email, copay, teleservices, call centers, search, third party programs

Location: Bridgewater / 4 days on site – minimal travel
