Technical Learning Solution Manager, Shanghai

OCE Solution Introduction:

IQVIA Orchestrated Customer Engagement (OCE) is a solution that connects sales, marketing, medical and other functions to help life sciences companies transform to a new orchestrated commercial model.

It supports customer-facing roles such as sales representatives, MSLs and KAMs with functionality that goes far beyond traditional CRM and marketing automation.  OCE provides unmatched mobile access, advanced intelligence and digital marketing capabilities that enable brand marketers to run sophisticated multi-channel campaigns and the field to trigger compliant non-personal touchpoints.

What to expect:

Training Instruction consists of delivering all live (Instructor Led Training, Virtual Training) training courses to audiences primarily in Asia/Pacific using the course materials developed by our Instructional Design team.  Since this is the first position we are staffing in Asia/Pac, this individual will also play a leadership role in engaging with other IQVIA teams and people in the region.

A typical day may involve:

  • Deliver an engaging learning experience (Instructor-Led classroom training sessions or Virtual trainings) to drive increased knowledge and stronger application of concepts across a audiences and product offerings, leveraging course content developed by Instructional Design.
  • Flex to secondary audiences and/or product offerings to address demand spikes (in conjunction with product launches, etc).
  • Ensure experience in classroom, virtual or field environments – from kick off to post session feedback -- is a highly effective environment to drive engagement.
  • Administer certification programs (in conjunction with training sessions, and any needed follow-ups) as prescribed by Curriculum & Instructional Design.
  • Assemble and provide recommendations for improvement based on post learning feedback to Curriculum & Instructional Design.
  • Work with Training Support Associate to ensure smooth flow of all logistics behind training events.
  • Travel up to 50% in region and internationally to satisfy global training demands.
  • Direct training revenue and indirectly product revenue is impacted by this role.
  • Meet with leaders from the RBU, IQVIA Partners, IQVIA customers, IQVIA implementation teams and others to proactively discuss and create plans for training delivery..

Our ideal candidate: Essential experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science. MBA prefer. 
  • 5+ years of related experience in training instruction for technical solutions in Sales Force solutions.
  • Good communication skills & management experience
