Job Summary

Develop and implement technical systems integrations for the company and its customers. These integrations include application program interfaces (APIs) and data exchanges supporting master data, transactional data and reports that augment our core Site Payments solutions.

Summary of Essential Job Functions

  • Work with internal and external stakeholders to understand requirements in order to design custom solutions that meet the business and technical needs.
  • Produce functional and technical specifications for integration projects
  • Collaborate with product development to evolve the integration toolkit
  • Evaluate and estimate integration effort for projects and change orders
  • Lead technical integration specialists to build custom integrations
  • Contribute to development of integrations and participate in technical design reviews
  • Provide project related status reporting, coordinate all release planning and guide the integrations team through all project phases
  • Develop and execute test strategies and validation plans for software subject to regulatory compliance requirements
  • Participate in QA, UAT & production support related to the project
  • Provide Tier 2/3 technical support for all integrations and assist with Tier 2 support for core platform.

Supervisory Responsibilities

This will be responsible for building and leading an integrations team.   

Minimum Experience Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, MIS, IT or related discipline with
  • 7+ years of relevant integrations experience
  • Minimum 2+ years’ experience leading a team and 5+ years managing customer-facing projects

Skill Requirements

  • Experience working with ETL and integration technologies like SOAP, WSDL, UDDI, REST, XML/XSD and JSON is required
  • Strong Microsoft SQL Server relational database and SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS) skills
  • Experience in web application development using Microsoft ASP.net, .Net Core or similar MVC web frameworks preferred
  • Familiarity with web technologies including HTML, CSS, JavaScript as well as Javascript frameworks such as jQuery is ideal
