IQVIA Vietnam is currently recruiting for a Supplier Services Manager. This is a new strategic hire within the commercial team in Vietnam and the successful candidate will work in collaboration with the Commercial Director in preparing a new product roadmap to support local Commercial Services strategic objectives and growth plan. He/She will also support the design and drive the implementation of the offering plan

Job Responsibilities

  • Anticipate clients’ needs and develop new offering plans to address clients’ complex business issues & achieve targeted business results
  • Maintain and update new business plans and prioritize new product launches
  • Drive and monitor the offering development process by working with all internal stakeholders
  • Leverage ideas and learnings from internal/external research to feed into enhancements and continuously strive to improve the offering capability
  • Supports Go-to-Market team client interactions, including joining BD on client meetings where support might include presenting the offerings to the client directly
  • Provide clear communication on business requirements and value propositions to the team
  • Plan the launch of new products, prepare material for client engagement, work with regional Marcomms team and provide input to collateral development
  • Interact with high-level supplier contacts to discuss their business needs and develops the appropriate solution
  • Utilize existing and potentially new sales, prescription, and patient data within assigned accounts or territory to achieve assigned supplier contract goal
  • Lead negotiations in renewing multi-year contract(s) within assigned supplier accounts. Where required, may participate in contract renewal efforts on large multi-year contracts
  • May act as advisor on marketing, market research, sales management, industry issues, trends and IMS product and consulting capabilities

Skills & Experience Required

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent and a minimum of 7 years related Sales and/or Marketing experience.
  • Thorough understanding of the IQVIA offerings in the customer environment strongly preferred. Pharmaceutical industry knowledge required.
  • Ability to innovate and think “outside the box”
  • Ability to manage and drive projects through the development process all the way to implementation; strong project management skills
  • Ability to work independently and across teams
  • Demonstrates organizational capability and clear communication skills
