Principle Accountabilities: 

  • Maintaining and cultivating current client portfolio
  • Identify new opportunities and provide input for solutions and clients to expand business.
  • Develop technical solutions in cooperation with customers, internal organization and project managers.
  • Break down high-level tasks and perform time- and resource estimations.
  • Ensure complete adherence to project plans.
  • Act as SME (Subject Matter Expert) in all Microsoft tools for Data Warehouse and Business Intelligence, T-SQL, SSIS, SSAS (multidimensional and tabular), PowerBI and SSRS.
  • Preparation and adaptation of semantic layers in collaboration with customers - both internal and external.
  • Ensure that the quality standards are met and that the defined architecture is not broken.
  • Work as a contact point for technical sparring for other developers e.g. support on break down- and translation of projects into solvable tasks.

Education, Experience, & Specialized Knowledge Required:  

  • Bachelor or Masters degree in Computer Science

  • Strong BI background (Qlik preferred)

  • The ideal candidate has 4-7 years of experience with similar positions.

  • Minimum five (5) years experience in software and/or product development with a focus on architecture

  • Have deep knowledge of the Danish Healthcare Sector, Danish healthcare clients, are located in Copenhagen 

  • Fluent in Danish and English

  • Work independently and proactively ensuring a Business-driven development of solutions.
  • Essential you are client focused with natural ability for seeing opportunities and cultivating client portfolio.
  • You have experience with proactively assisting an organization in change.
  • You are familiar with the relation between consultant/supplier and customer, and you are well versed in these environments.
  • You may be certified MCSA in one or more areas.
  • An advantage if you have experience with BIML and knowledge of C#.
  • You have the ability to quickly analyse issues and make decisions on a well-founded basis.
  • You have an open mind and like changeability in everyday life.

Additional Requirements:  

  • Solid project management, client influencing and relationship building skills. 
  • Strong technical architecture / design or development experience desired.
  • Works willingly and effectively with others in and across the organization to accomplish team goals.
  • Experienced with developing consultative relationships with senior level managers and executives at clients in the pharmaceutical/healthcare/life sciences industry.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, juggle priorities and deliver on tight deadlines.
  • Knowledge of consulting methodologies, tools and techniques related to functional area.
  • Knowledge of key issues and current developments in the industry.Excellent presentation, communication and client influencing skills.
