PURPOSE
The Client Service team aims to be the main contact for the clients regarding support and requests on current and new deliveries of Sales data for the Nordic area.
 
RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Main contact person for the clients regarding support on current deliveries and sales of Ad hoc and non-contracted reports deliveries.
  • Assists team members to build, establish and maintain effective business relationships with client
  • Control the report generation process
  • Ensure the contract fulfilment to specifications of reports for defined clients
  • Reviews client data requirements with the appropriate internal resources to ensure that basic product deliverables meet the customer’s specifications, including timeliness and quality
  • Partners with the Key Account Managers and clients to derive optimum value from IQVIA products and services by explaining and expanding the usage of current IQVIA deliverables and identifying revenue opportunities within existing clients
  • Monitors performance against existing service agreements and ensures client’s obligations are met
  • Researches, analyses and responds to client inquiries
  • Reponsible for daily, weekly and monthly production of data


Job Requirements

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
  • Proficient in PC applications. Excellent knowledge in PowerPoint and Excel
  • Working with BI tools and/or CRM nice to have
  • Fluent English and Finnish language skills 
  • Knowledge in Consumer Health/ Health care in Finland nice to have
  • Analytical mindset and detail-oriented
  • Dynamic, flexible, curious and pragmatic
  • Stress-resilient
  • Ability to juggle multiple priorities
  • Self-motivated & proactive
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  
MINIMUM REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
A Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent educational background
