Primary Responsibilities:

  • Liaise with data scientists, epidemiologists, clinical leads, technology lead and external staff of our healthcare provider partners as needed to ensure successful planning and execution of studies
  • Contribute to shape study objectives and understand feasibility based on a deep understanding of collaboration partner data and capabilities
  • Project manage pilot studies, development initiatives and full research studies  
  • Manage quality control processes
  • Present to clients and stakeholders including project updates, business development meetings and workshops
  • Assist in the preparation of abstracts, manuscripts and/or presentations to conferences
  • Contribute to improving operational efficiencies of workflows, including writing of internal guidance documents (e.g., SOPs and quality management documents) in conjunction with the IQVIA Centre of Excellence for retrospective studies
  • Develop a culture of continuous learning and improvement


  • Business level English required (spoken and written)
  • 5+ year of experience in a relevant healthcare or life sciences role
  • Numerical aptitude with knowledge and experience in working with clinical research & publications 
  • Self-starter with excellent time management skills
  • Commitment to working collaboratively and effectively with people of other disciplines
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including presenting to management teams

Preferred Qualities

  • Experience working in the field of oncology research preferred but not mandatory
  • Experience designing and executing prospective or retrospective database studies
  • Experience working with large, complex, real-world data sets
  • Prior experience working in a consultancy or other service sector in the healthcare industry
