You will be an E360 product owner, defining the product’s strategic direction and roadmap as part of the product management team, and supporting internal and external product use with demos, training, and user support. You will work with individual scrum teams to make the product vision a reality and in doing so, shape the future of real world patient data analysis.

  • Co-own the E360 software suite, ensuring functionality and implementation meets market demands
  • Act as go-to product expert for users, able to bring creative ad-hoc solutions to advanced use cases and using your strong cross-company network for sourcing answers to data queries
  • Engage internal IQVIA E360 users and external (e.g., pharma & governmental) organizations to understand their current & future requirements for E360
  • Generate and pursue novel ideas to evolve the product beyond stated user requirements
  • Translate high level requirements into detailed user stories that the development team can execute against
  • Prioritize requirements and build the product roadmap
  • Demonstrate the product at conferences, online communities & client events
  • Assist marketing in the creation of product technical brochures
  • Support the sales process e.g., in proposal writing, in depth demos & in providing roadmap visibility
  • Teach E360 to internal and external users alike to drive up usage and ensure repeat business

Our ideal candidate: Essential experience

  • Heavily experienced in product management/ownership
  • University degree in a relevant subject
  • Results-oriented with a focus on delivery
  • Self-motivated, enthusiastic and hard-working
  • Ability to demonstrate software to audiences of mixed tech competence
  • Exceptional relationship skills including the ability to discover the true requirements underlying feature requests
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Desired skills and experience

  • Experience with healthcare data, especially EMR data
  • Understanding of and experience in implementing analytics and data product strategies
  • Experience with Agile software development methodologies
  • Relational database experience (SQL)
  • Strong project management skills
  • Ability to thrive in constant stream of verbal and written communications
