The Technology Solutions division of IQVIA develops, markets, and implements healthcare-focused enterprise software applications to help life sciences customers drive their business from molecule to market.


Our Partnerships team engages 3rd parties such as System Integrators, Technology Vendors, Data Partners, and Agencies to build mutually beneficial, trusted relationships to accelerate growth within the Global Technology Solutions business. Each partner provides a unique value proposition to IQVIA through their services or solutions, and our goal is to maximize the return while building win-win relationships.

System Integrators (SI's) leverage their delivery scale and market reach to implement IQVIA products and solutions for customers around the world. SI's with deep digital transformation and delivery capabilities, along with relationships with existing customers, offer a unique value proposition that can drive growth for IQVIA.


As the Partner Account Director, System Integrators & Agencies, you will lead a team of account managers, develop and maintain key partner relationships, and set the overall system integrator strategy.

Specifically, you will:

  • Be accountable for the the growth and development of strategic relationships with System Integration partners around the world to maximize the adoption of IQVIA technology offerings by Life Sciences clients
  • Define the system integrator and agencies strategy and execute upon it
  • Manage and lead a team of geographically dispersed partner account managers focused on global and regional SI partnerships, as well as agencies
  • Develop and maintain relationships with globally strategic SI partners
  • Collaborate with IQVIA sales, marketing, and operations teams to develop sales opportunities that drive measurable results
  • Lead quarterly business reviews (QBR’s) and account planning sessions across portfolio of partners
  • Ensure internal alignment to partnerships strategy and delivery model
  • Ensure that there is a strategic business development plan for target markets and ensure it's in line with the IQVIA strategic direction
  • Set and manage revenue targets and work with your team, partners and IQVIA sales organizations to achieve/exceed goals
  • Execute joint collaborative initiatives / joint planning with partners and IQVIA go-to-market/sales teams
  • Attend key partner conferences to advance IQVIA business objectives
  • Maintain strategic alignment with partners
  • Monitor and report risks in partner relationships and performance
  • Communicate changes to the partner program to all relevant stakeholders
  • Develop and manage execution of go-to-market activities with partners (e.g. webinars, field events)
  • Manage complex negotiations with partners and close deals


  • 10+ years' partnerships and/or business development experience with system integrators while holding senior-level relationships
  • Proven ability to build profitable, win-win relationships with Agencies
  • Ability to manage and develop a team of geographically dispersed direct reports
  • Experience working in a multi-cultural, global organization
  • Track record of successful strategic and operational planning and execution
  • Ability to create and meet joint solution and GTM strategies and tactical plans
  • Solid insight and experience developing mutually beneficial, strategic alliances
  • Exceptional analytical, communication (both written and verbal), and presentation skills with the ability to operate with energy and flexibility
  • Self-starter with strong time management, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple high-profile relationships in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience in technology (especially SaaS businesses) strongly preferred
  • Knowledge of Healthcare/Life Sciences Industry a plus
  • BS/BA Degree
