Global Operations Manager

MISSION :

The global operations manager will:

  • Assist in developing plan for the business line working with the GM
  • Creating revenues forecasts on a weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly basis
  • Managing all revenue recognition processes
  • Facilitating relationships with other countries, BUs and Pillars
  • Managing operational support for sales and services departments (KAM, sales specialists, Consultants, Delivery Project Managers…) 
  • Ensuring proper usage and update of CRM (SFDC) by the sales and service teams
  • Work with MDM team to setup proper global offering codes and product hierarchies
  • Managing and streamlining billing process in relation with central billing services
  • Ensuring proper collection of invoicing materials collaborating with Regional Business Units
  • Manage and reporting on weekly pipeline changes
  • Managing and reporting on the open headcount and hiring budgets
  • Managing and reporting monthly on costs by line item and managing costs and EBITDA forecasts
  • Manage inter departmental charge processes
  • Produce charts and presentations for management reporting as necessary
     

Detailed Responsibilities :

  • Responsible for managing and analyzing revenue through the whole forecasting, estimated Landing positions to actuals process worldwide.  Work with Finance and Revenue Analysts within each country to ensure revenue is booked properly.
  • Assist in revenue forecasting, budgeting and analysis exercise : Forecast, budget reviews with Finance and sales management
  • Analyses and reviews pipeline with sales team: qualify opps commitment. Participate in weekly pipeline review with the GM to update forecasts
  • Support sales team on SFDC update and usage
  • Work with the GM to calculate and manage quarterly sales commissions
  • Supervises creation of BNF (New contracts or projects) and Revised BNF when corrections needed (Missing PO, Wrong invoices for amount, material codes, "bill to", "ship to", data period, CN)
  • Ensures SAP consistency (invoice, CN, Revenue, TCD, ..) and raises alerts when required (Invoices & CN raised, amount issue, Revenue unrecognized)
  • Monitors BNF rejection rates and leads monthly calls with local business units
  • Ensures respect of internal processes (Finance approvals, PO approval, Impact Revenue, CN Approval) and documentation completeness (PO, Contract, POD, T&C, email proof from the customer,  BM, payment terms, delivery frequency, proper Storage per customer and opportunities …)
  • Manages Sales Admin team and supports team to resolve BNF issues on complex deals
  • Manage development capitalization and tracking in PSA
  • Management Sales Admin and leads Team meetings
  • Preforms analysis on client, product analysis : Analysis Vs prior year, vs budget/forecast
  • Process : Review, establish processes
