Export all consignments in a timely and economical manner and prepare all paperwork for inbound consignments.

• Operate all courier systems to prepare package address labels, invoices and other associated documentation correctly, professionally and in a timely manner.

• Maintain all shipping machines address databanks and keep them up-to-date.

• QC all shipping documentation prior to shipping; check shipments against manifest.

• Monitor inventory level requirements and maintain a minimum operating stock level for all couriers’ material as required.

• Produce all courier manifest reports each evening, ensuring that they are retained as a record. Maintain filing and archiving system for all shipping material for all couriers used.

• Ensure that all paperwork generated by photocopying is done in a quality manner to provide a professional appearance, and that all faxed documentation is of a professional appearance prior to faxing.
• Driving - daily you would be transporting documentation and materials back and forth between our site in Livingston and our site in Bathgate

• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with co-workers, managers and clients
High school diploma or educational equivalent with related experience; or equivalent combination of education, training and experience

• Extensive use of telephone and face-to-face communication requiring accurate perception of speech

• Able to lift up to 50 lbs

• Extensive use of keyboard requiring repetitive motion of fingers

• Regular sitting for extended periods of time
• Driving - must have a full, clean drivers license
