The team
IQVIA’s Real-World Evidence (RWE) department is fast-growing and highly successful, focusing upon delivering tangible business results to clients in the international pharmaceutical and healthcare industries. The team includes approximately 400 professionals working in based in 18 countries world-wide and includes real-world evidence, epidemiology, outcomes research and biostatistics as well as health economics.
This team is the largest group of health economists in IQVIA, best known for cost-effectiveness modelling, network meta-analysis and HTA submissions in the UK and globally. Around three quarters of our work has an international component and we collaborate frequently with colleagues in pricing and market access, real world evidence, data science, consulting services and enterprise solutions locally and overseas. We are one of few organizations that are able to integrate real-world evidence solutions, health economics, outcomes research and market access and to provide global reach and commercially relevant delivery to our clients. The team comprises approximately 45 individuals, led by two Senior Principals. The diverse team are highly qualified, enthusiastic and always keen to learn.
The role
We seek a Principal to join the two established senior staff in a high profile leadership role in the NEMEA Health Economics team.
The primary function of the role is to secure projects from clients and to lead a delivery team ensuring projects are completed on time and to the appropriate quality. A Principal is expected to take ownership of high level client relationships and has financial responsibility for a significant part of the health economics team.
The individual will report to the Senior Principal, Health Economics.
