    • High Level definition of the Support requirement – provision resources
  • Product Development
    • Project Manager to request for resource Allocation
    • Service Manager Allocates the resources
    • PS Resources to log their time against the Project Code as per the guidelines
    • 30-60-90 days reviews
  • Production Deployment & Support
    • Support Documentation
    • Monitoring Setup
    • Knowledge Documentation
    • Go-No Go Meeting
    • Product Deployment
    • PS Takes over the Support
    • Post Implementation review
