Data Production Analyst

RWAS Technology

As a Data Production Analyst in the Real Data Factory, you must thrive on problem-solving and analysing of potential and real-time issues with the platform – on both the technical side as well as on the data side of our brand new and unique patient data processing platform. You will work with expert Data Modelers to support the mapping of new data sources, and deploy knowledge & expertise to support User Acceptance Testing of new deliverables and developments.



A typical day might include:

  • Profiling new data sources from a variety of countries and advising on appropriate business rules for transformation and verification, based on results.
  • Working closely with our scrum development teams and Business Unit stakeholders to design and carry out test cases against new developments, ensuring appropriate approaches are used and outputs are delivered to deadlines and quality standards.
  • Supporting in the user acceptance testing and validation of developments to QI services utilizing a wide variety of QI data sources stored in the QI Real Data Factory and associated systems.
  • Applying your expertise relating to relevant QI EMR data, software and systems to document key data assets, production and transformation processes in detail in plain English.
  • Collaborating with both local country teams and our international hubs to drive process improvement and ensure standardization and maximum automation.

Our ideal candidate:

  • Highly numerate with strong analytical skills and excellent attention to detail.
  • Excellent SQL programming and/or an aptitude for programming logic.  
  • Experience in the use of applied statistics.
  • Outstanding communicator with the ability to present complex results in a clear language avoiding technical jargon without sacrificing detail or meaning.
  • Previous experience with healthcare or pharmaceutical data is an advantage.
  • Fluent English and French is essential.
