Job Description

Purpose

Directly link with assigned account teams to integrate data sources across Rx, Managed Markets, Treatment, RWE, Patient, and Promotion.  Use each of these different data sources to produce consistent overviews of team, product, and portfolio performance by account.

Responsibilities

  • Connect the map of essential input data sets, data origination, data projection methodologies, limits for use
  • Pull appropriate data, and integrate into consistent templates that describe “what” is happening in each visualization
  • Review and check information packets to ensure the “story” is consistent with account team needs
  • Expand information packets across each client’s products and relevant therapy areas within their portfolio
  • Work with the account teams to tailor data pulls and modify packet contents to answer key business questions
  • Learn how to leverage the information to understand the “so what”, or insight, found from each piece of data
  • Assist in the productionalization of these account information packets to quickly scale role into new accounts

Qualifications

  • 4 year degree from an accredited university or college
  • Minimum 5 years relevant experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including presentations and visualization skills to “say it with charts”
  • Ability to convert business questions into data requirements
  • In-depth understanding of IQVIA functions, work products, and data sets•Understand how to use databases, the background for IQVIA data assets, and how to apply that data to assess brand performance attributes
  • Ability to run statistical analyses, contribute to new analysis methodologies, and engage with Analytics/statistical modeling experts
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with coworkers, managers and clients
  • Ability to lead, influence, motivate, and negotiate with others
  • Ability to work creatively in a fast paced environment maintaining flexibility and changing priorities to meeting demanding timelines
  • Strong team player with ability to manage conflicting priorities
  • Exhibit intellectual curiosity to dig until clear root cause analysis is completed
