Job Description

Key accountabilities

  • Responsible for solution value entrenchment of the Integrated / Large Technology Solution at CLIENT site.
  • Ensures open and timely communication across CLIENT(s) Marketing, Sales, Operations, Medical, Senior Management and IQVIA.
  • Provides &/or coordinates technical SME knowledge across all IQVIA technology solutions deployed, in order to extract real time value.
  • Performance Insights & Senior Executive Scorecards - Extracts key insights for head office across
  • Technology Solutions Stack working closely with the Director of Sales Operations & National Sales Director.
  • Multi-Channel Marketing Enablement - Works closely with the Marketing, Brand and Digital Managers to assist in developing MCM strategies by brand and supporting the creation and modification of Marketing journeys that support the brands’ objectives
  • Supports micro targeting and HCP analytics from Technology Tools to assist Digital and Brand teams.
  • IQVIA Data & Insights Specialist - Provides CLIENT an in-house IQVIA insights & data expert to help CLIENT team foster and unearth key opportunities
  • Assists in CLIENT planning and change management for future releases and new configuration or new modules deployed of the solution.
  • Stays in constant contact with Reps, Managers and the National Sales Director (as applicable) to ensure the technology solution keeps up and stays relevant with the changing business needs.

Minimum Education, Experience, & Specialized Knowledge Required:

  • Bachelor’s / Master’s degree
  • 8-12 years of related experience in a consulting role within the pharmaceutical and/or healthcare industry. 
  • In-depth understanding of IQVIA data assets and the Consulting and Services core offerings.
  • Experienced consultative approach to developing relationships with senior level managers and executives in the pharmaceutical/healthcare industry. 
  • Demonstrated strong client influencing skills at senior levels of the organization.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, juggle priorities and deliver on tight deadlines.  Knowledge of consulting methodologies, tools and techniques related to functional area.  Knowledge of key issues and current developments in the pharmaceutical and healthcare industries. 
  • Excellent presentation, communication and client influencing skills. 
  • Possesses the necessary subject matter expertise in IQVIA technology solutions to effectively support the client on-site.
  • This position is on-site at different CLIENT offices depending on the Integrated Solution or Technology Solution sale.
