Job Description

CORPORATE WEB STRATEGY COORDINATOR

PURPOSE
This role is responsible for the daily implementation and overall quality, consistency, brand compliance and effectiveness of digital content on IQVIA digital web channels including public websites, social networks and the intranet.
Ensure content is  consistent with the company’s policies, business strategy, standards and functional plans.


RESPONSIBILITIES
• Organize support requests and conduct follow up communications using company systems; provide individual and aggregated status reports
•Perform routine site maintenance such as publishing content (e.g. images, text, pdfs), quality reviews, troubleshooting
• Provide project support for Web strategies and plans
• Maintain master lists of approved publishers, user rights and workflow
• Serve as liaison between department and internal/external groups at all levels
• Maintain and distribute content specifications for the department
• Answer “Help” questions
• Participate in testing new feature development
• Execute surveys as required
• Comply with organization procedures for change requests, development requirements, and project management methodology
• Special projects and administrative support as directed

REQUIRED KNOWLEDG3E, SKILLS AND ABILITIES -
1. Proven communication, planning and organizational skills
2. Knowledge of enterprise content management systems (CMS) preferred. Experience with the following systems is an advantage
a. SharePoint 365
b. Sitecore 8.5
c. Service ticketing systems
d. Social CMS
3. Very good spoken and written English communication skills
4. Attention to detail and proofreading
5. Experience with Adobe PhotoShop or other image editing software
6. Use judgment within defined procedures and practices to determine appropriate action
7. Ability to handle confidential information appropriately
8. Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with coworkers, managers and clients
9. Knowledge of HTML/CSS, a plus
10. Experience with Google Analytics is an advantage

MINIMUM REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
• Associates degree in business, marketing, communication or related field minimum of 1 year of experience in Web or social channel management, corporate communication and/or marketing; customer service or equivalent combination of education, training and experience

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
• Extensive use of telephone and virtual meetings requiring precise pronunciation and accurate perception of speech
• Extensive use of writing and keyboarding requiring repetitive motion of fingers
• Regular sitting for extended periods of time
• Occasional travel
