We are excited to announce that currently we are looking for a Call Center Regional Project Lead, to join our team of over 10,000 global field employees representing our pharmaceutical and biotech clients.  

Call Center Regional Project Lead

The Regional Project Lead is primarily responsible for providing leadership through guidance, motivation, coaching, skill development, performance management, and administrative support to the Call Center District Managers. The Regional Project Lead will create, implement and communicate operational vision for the assigned team and monitor progress towards agreed upon IQVIA and Client performance expectations.  The Regional Project Lead will act as liaison with assigned customers, and overall leadership management of the assigned program. In this role you will be supporting a major pharmaceutical company in their educational needs for a product utilized in chronic diseases.  The Regional Project Lead must maintain a diverse and motivated team using the employee relations policies. Maintain fiscal responsibility of the IQVIA team and complete each year within assigned budget. The Call Center Regional Project Lead must reside within the covered geography of their assigned team.

The Regional Project Lead reports directly to the Field Director and is responsible for functional leadership and direct management of the assigned customer program.

Job Qualifications:

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree and/or BSN preferred
  • RN licensure required and in good standing in primary state of residency
  • Compact Multi-state RN license
  • Current nursing license in good standing
  • 3 years of management experience required
  • Patient Services management experience preferred. 
  • Minimum three years of experience in the following areas: Pharmaceutical Industry, Healthcare i.e. with progressive experience in disease management.
  • Advanced computer skills knowledge and data base knowledge helpful.
  • Additional training and experience in computer desktop software applications including MS Office (word, excel, access, PowerPoint, Salesforce, telephony platform)
  • Demonstrated experience in effective financial budget management required
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks
  • Ability and willingness to precisely follow instructions and guidelines provided
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Enthusiastic, positive attitude and ability to motivate others
  • Ability to work as a team player
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently
  • Strong professional presence in dealing with internal and external customers
  • Valid driver’s license
  • National travel required.
