Business Transformation Analyst/Consultant

Work remotely, at the Foresight Group International office or onsite with global customers. Role includes, working directly with clients to solve problems, streamline processes for efficiency and significantly improve a client’s work.
 
Some duties include:
 
  • Analyze client’s existing operations to identify pain points, inefficiencies and any unmet business needs
  • Develop innovative ways to improve or otherwise change operations, leveraging technology, best practices, and regulatory knowledge in collaboration with Foresight colleagues and clients
  • Implement new business processes and organizational changes while minimizing disruption to day-to-day business operations
  • Own individual project deliverables in support of business transformation, and ensure effective implementation of tasks in a high quality manner
  • Support or lead client workshops in support of business change
  • Prepare various documents such as status reports, process maps, SOP impact assessments, training materials and user manuals

Skills/Education:

 
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills
  • Demonstrated analytical abilities
  • Possess a minimum of one (1) year of management consulting experience
  • Experience in drug safety/pharmacovigilance is highly preferred
  • College Graduate with a four year degree
  • Travel is 50%+
  • Perform a broad range of duties simultaneously
