-Work with Internal Operations Team of Global Events Services/Training and Engagement Solutions to develop a “Product Specialist” Sales Strategy and playbook to increase inclusion in RFPs and develop new standalone relationship and Preferred Provider opportunities.
-Provide support to include Training and Engagement Solutions in IQVIA opportunities. Follow up on proposals with internal stakeholder post award. Maintain customer, proposal and contract database/tracking systems. Evaluate progress towards new business development and corporate revenue goals.
-Identify triggers and process improvement for Training and Engagement Solution opportunities that are included in full service RFP Reponses; reduce removal post award and develop processes to retail in business
-Work across company's service lines and with sales teams to cross-promote and respond to RFPs as well as develop internal relationships needed to create solutions designed using multiple services             -Facilitate marketing internally focusing on our customized training differentiator and growing business line
-Handle customer inquiries and requests for information from both internal and external customers in a timely manner.
-Support sales and marketing services by attending, participating and speaking at trade shows and industry conferences
-Research and identify target markets, build relationships, perform in-depth presentations, strategic analysis, and execution of implemented plans for standalone Training and Engagement Solutions
-Provide support and refine pricing algorithms to facilitate and standardize proposal budgeting process.    -Participate in developing a value-add sale of benefits of IQVIA providing turn key support within full service clinical and Training and Engagement Solutions
-Establish and manage an effective sales program to maximize organization growth. Work a stand-alone development plan to get as an established preferred provider for Training and Engagement solutions
-Maintain all tracking in IQVIA CRM system to capture GNB, NNB and Growth Targets. Diligent CRM follow up on opportunities to move through process to contract execution.
-Assist in other Sales Support activities as needed in Large Pharma and Clinical Trial Educators in addition to Specific product specialist role for Training and Engagement Solutions
