Assoc Dir, Account Management

Responsibilities

  • Develops, grows, and maintains the relationship between the organization and clients, with a focus on client retention, sales and revenue growth.
  • Works closely with sales specialists to coordinate the best solution for the client.
  • Gets client referrals and increasing amount or type of coverage for existing accounts; liaises between internal teams, vendors and clients on an ongoing basis to ensure service delivery.
  • Serves as a primary contact on an ongoing basis by addressing ad hoc client requests and managing client satisfaction.
  • Requires US-based travel once a quarter

Experience

  • 5-7 years of account management experience
  • Experience within consulting or pharma preferred
  • Requires practical knowledge in leading and managing the execution of processes, projects and tactics within one department or multiple related departments.
  • Meeting planning experience a plus
