The Administrative Data Assistant will work in a deadline-oriented, fast paced environment as part of a dynamic team consisting of onshore and offshore operations and information technology staff. The team goal is to provide superior service to the clients (internal and external), and other stakeholders.

The Administrative Data Assistant would provide administrative support to business operations by performing processing tasks such as data entry, scanning, mail sorting or similar activities. 


Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Receives and distributes incoming mail and materials.
  • Performs data entry of material from source documents to a computer database.
  • Analyze invoices, contracts and other documents.
  • Perform quality assurance checks on data.
  • Reconciles invoice and rebate totals.
  • Track job completion and manage deadlines.

Minimum Education, Experience, & Specialized Knowledge Required:

  • High school diploma or GED, and five (5) year related experience.
  • Possess strong computer capabilities including keyboarding, spreadsheet and database entry.
  • Ability to produce accurate and detailed work.
  • Participates productively as a member of team and completes tasks beyond general support level.
  • Accepts instruction and direction from leadership. Ability to manage tasks and assignments without detailed direction.
  • Identifies, prioritizes and resolves some issues independently, and escalates more complex questions or issues appropriately.
  • Complies with contract requirements, business unit rules and related and legal regulations.
