Account Manager NSW

About the role:

Focusing on a portfolio of small to medium sized pharmaceutical companies with established IQVIA subscription, we have a position available in ANZ Account Management team for an Account Manager based in the Sydney office. The role will report to the Business Unit Director and the successful candidate will be responsible for a customer base of prescription based pharmaceutical companies, working in close partnership with the NostraData, Consulting, Primary Market Research & Technology teams to support and assist clients with their data needs, as well as selling our overall offering portfolio.   

Responsibilities include:

  • Under direct supervision, assists in selling IQVIA products and services within allocated accounts to achieve assigned revenue goal
  • Works closely with the client service team to ensure high customer satisfaction
  • Internal collaboration across IQVIA offerings teams
  • Consult, anticipate and address clients’ needs by proposing multiple fit for need solutions
  • Develops strong relationships with senior managers and decision makers
  • Monitors client satisfaction to maintain core revenue
  • Responsible for approx. 15-20 medium sized accounts

Successful candidates will have:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent and minimum 2 years Account Management experience
  • Strong communication and listening skills
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks at once
  • Competent in Excel, data analysis and process driven
  • Business Development and exceptional presentation skills
