Náplň práce:

  • Podpora klientů v rámci služeb v oblasti CRM a BI
  • Hledání cest ke zlepšení služby a lepšímu customer experience
  • Reporting ke smluvenému SLA, hodnocení vkonnosti
  • Poradenství, řešení problémů u klientů
  • Vedení pravidelnch revizí a vyhodnocení služeb
  • Eskalace, issue management process
  • Continuous improvement aktivity

Požadavky na kandidáty:

  • Znalost IT systémů a cloud technologií
  • MS Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint) na velmi dobré úrovni
  • Plynul ČJ/SJ, pokročil AJ
  • Znalost SQL, SOQL and MS Access vhodou
  • Vborné komunikační a organizační dovednosti, samostatnost
  • Analytické schopnosti
  • Znalost a zkušenosti SFDC vhodou
  • Projektov management a business analza vhodou
