Main Role Objective

Perform day-to-day activities of learning programs according to established policies and procedures. Support the continuous improvement of Go to Market and Consulting learning team through development and implementation of Learning and Development programs globally. With guidance, provide expertise, support and advice to employees and management teams globally or by function. Serve on cross functional teams, share best practices.


  • Use a consultative approach to understand the business; its key objectives, strategies, processes and needs
  • Guide the business to select appropriate solutions and implement “start to finish”
  • Charter new investments by conducting needs assessments
  • Identify subject matter experts for solution development
  • Facilitate development and implementation of solutions
  • Evaluate results and optimize solutions
  • Develop strong and effective team relationships with HR specialist functions/Centers of Excellence
  • Establish & maintain effective communications with business unit L&D teams
  • Keep up to date on GTM learning trends, methodologies and learning technologies
  • Provide input to Talent and Learning (T&L) budget
  • Ensure learning administration team regularly updates programs in Learning Management System (LMS)

Knowledge & Experience

  • Circa five years’ experience in learning assessment, design, and evaluation preferably in sales training.
  • Experience partnering with sales leadership to align with business objectives.
  • Instructional design approaches (preferably ADDIE)
  • Ability to influence others on various learning practices and approaches
  • Financial and business acumen (preferably in the life sciences industry with specialized sales training background)
  • Learning technology tools and platforms
  • Strong listening and diagnostic skills
  • Problem solving and critical thinking skills
  • Effective interpersonal skills including influencing and partnering
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Project management skills

  • Strong knowledge of life sciences industry or of sales organizations
  • Exceptional presentation and influencing skills
  • Strong team player with high level of stress tolerance
  • Demonstrated experience in working in a matrixed, multi-regional organization delivering global initiatives
  • Attention to detail and ability to work simultaneously on multiple priorities
  • Ability to influence others both internally and externally

  • Ability to work creatively in a fast-paced environment maintaining flexibility and changing priorities to meeting demanding timelines

  • Strong software and computer skills, including MS Office applications.

Minimum required education and experience
