We are excited to announce that currently we are looking for Nurse Educators to join our team of over 10,000 global field personnel supporting our pharmaceutical and biotech clients.

The Data Analyst will support Reporting and Analytics. This position will provide the technical support for the Salesforce.com CRM and Birst Business Intelligence & Analytics systems, including implementation of system changes, developing and implementing reports and dashboards, and system administration support. This position will gather reporting and analysis requirements, design and implement solutions, and maintain reports and dashboards. The applicant will be expected to be able to deliver, within the constraints of scope, quality, time and cost, as well as complete SFA solutions across teams.

Responsibilities include:

  • Perform requirements gathering and analysis to provide high quality and detailed requirements, ensuring the closest involvement with, and agreement from, the Customer and Project Leadership Team.
  • Develop and maintain Business Requirements, Business Use Cases, Technical Requirements, Data Dictionary and system documentation.
  • Produce, validate and review data/information models and preliminary system architecture, as needed.
  • Implement system changes requirements in the CRM and Birst systems utilizing configuration and coding.
  • Perform testing of reports and dashboards.
  • Support ad-hoc analytic requests.
  • Perform administrative functions in the Veeva CRM including activities such as maintaining user accounts, loading data, reports, resolving end-user technical issues, monitoring system performance and utilization.
  • Taking complex client and solution concepts and articulating them to audiences of varying perception levels.
  • Being recognized team subject matter expert in the CRM and Birst systems.
  • Planning and establishing after go-live activities including ongoing support.
  • Develop training and support programs for user groups, as needed.
  • Coach/mentor staff and provide technical leadership, as needed.
  • Maintain system certifications and knowledge.
  • Maintain knowledge of the IT industry; analyze the abilities of tools and technologies, compare with the need of the business, then recommend potential solutions to managers within the business.
     

Qualifications:

  • More than 5 years of experience in IT industry.
  • 3-5 years relevant analytics experience
  • Hands on development experience in Salesforce.com, Veeva or other CRM cloud-based system.
  • Salesforce.com Certified Administrator or Veeva Certified Administrator (Preferred).
  • Salesforce.com Certified Developer or Veeva Certified Developer (Preferred).
  • Birst Certification and experience (Preferred).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to understand, translate, and map business questions into analysis projects.
  • Experience meeting with senior management and executives as a subject matter expert.
  • Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences, and business concepts to technical audiences.
  • Must be able to take complex client and vendor concepts and articulate them to audiences of varying perception levels.
  • Strong presentation solution design skills are essential.
  • Strong knowledge of best practices for user interface design.
  • Able to travel approximately 15%.  
  • Three years of CRM configuration and support such as: Veeva, Salesforce.com
  • Three years of Birst configuration experience
  • Detailed orientated with strong analytical aptitude
  • Experience with various business analysis elicitation/analysis techniques
  • BA/BS Degree
  • Excellent Data Analysis skills
  • Experience with data integrations
