Job description

The virtual sales position requires someone with a strong collaborative aptitude that can work in a team environment. Strong sales skills are a definite need and the ability to be coached and directed will assist in making this job a success. Responsibilities unique to this position are having the ability to build strong relationships with customers, the team and leadership.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree and/or 2+ years’ experience in sales or inside sales; or an equivalent combination of education and work experience.
  • Proven ability to convert prospects and close deals while maintaining established sales quotas.
  • Strong objection handling skills.
  • Experience in opportunity qualification, pre-call planning, and time management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Robust negotiation and closing abilities.
  • Adaptability to learn new products, programs, and processes quickly.
  • Proficient with various technologies that increases productivity and efficiency.
  • Develop and nurture strong relationships with both internal team members and external customers to foster collaboration, trust, and mutual respect.
  • Proactively address customer concerns or issues in a timely and effective manner, demonstrating a commitment to customer satisfaction and retention
  • Always represent the company in a professional and courteous manner, upholding its values and reputation in the marketplace.
  • Possess a high level of integrity and work ethic.
  • Self-motivated, with high energy and an engaging level of enthusiasm
  • Able to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Must be energetic, determined and goal-oriented.
  • Excels in a fast-paced, competitive environment.
  • Ability to adapt quickly meeting the demands of the business while making an impact.
  • Experience building relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Manage expense budget and promotional budget within the guideline.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with customer relationship management software or

Salesforce.com

• Medical device experience

• 2+ years of related internships, clinical and/or business to business sales

The potential base pay range for this role is $60,000-$75,000 annually. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time). Dependent on the position offered, incentive plans, bonuses, and/or other forms of compensation may be offered, in addition to a range of health and welfare and/or other benefits.
