Responsibilities:

  • Provides routine administrative support for Consulting & Technology department which includes: arrangement of flight reservations, visas, hotel accommodations, T&E approval and expense claims
  • Coordinates activities for Client and Internal/ Departments meetings
  • Assist in events such as Lunch & learn Meeting and ensure that the logistics are well supported
  • Assist in on-boarding for new hires in the department
  • Review and endorse highly confidential documents and contracts before sending the final document for Management's approval
  • Support in other ad hoc duties such as booking of meeting rooms and raising new hire request

Requirements:

  • Min. Diploma qualification, with at least 5 years of experience in supporting Executive levels
  • Ability to communicate with stakeholders all levels in the organization
  • Possess a mature and composed personality
  • Able to multi-task and work with minimal supervision
