This position can be located in Brussels or London.  We are currently seeking a high-impact and hands-on manager for our IQVIA Technologies Go-to-Market Strategy and Planning Team
The global GTM Strategy and Planning team has been established to help drive some of the most critical initiatives impacting our business today. Partnering with global and regional business leaders, our team is called on to provide strategic GTM guidance and leadership for a range of initiatives impacting IQVIA Technologies™.
The team develops GTM strategy and targeting, leads strategic account planning and drives engagement planning, execution and global coordination. 
We are looking for a versatile GTM Strategy and Planning Manager, who can dive into details while maintaining a strategic and operational mindset. You will be part of a high performing team that develops GTM strategies and plans, and engagement approaches supporting the sales and regional commercial teams.

The Role Specifically, you will:
• Prepare and support executive reporting and business reviews on top account sales across technology solutions, migration efforts to new platforms, and CIO engagements
• Drive the tactical execution of migration programs to IQVIA new platforms with product, account and regional teams
• Run operational cadences and data collection on top accounts technology solution sales, migrations and penetration
• Support on account and engagement planning: deliver or enhance existing processes, templates, and collection and consolidation of information
• Work with the IQVIA Partnership team to vet opportunities
• Support critical workstreams of strategic initiatives sponsored by the most senior levels of IQVIA
• Quickly identify and diagnose issues, risk or gaps and escalate as appropriate to ensure the team is effectively supporting the business

Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree and 7+ years of experience in GTM Strategy and Planning or Management Consulting with increasing leadership responsibilities
• Expertise in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel
• Hands-on person capable of working and getting outcomes produced in a matrix organization
• Deep understanding of business-to-business technology sales and organizational practices
• Strong financial, analytical and communication skills with a focus on presenting actionable information
• Knowledge of any/all of the following: Life Sciences, SaaS products, technology buying personas and value propositions

Preferred Qualifications:
• MBA preferred
• Working knowledge of sales systems and tools (e.g. Salesforce)
• Advanced problem-solving skills for difficult to complex issues
• Highly organized, possess the ability to multi-task, and understands how to navigate efficiently and effectively in ambiguous situations
• Proven ability to succeed in a dynamic & demanding environment to meet critical deadlines
• Experience in global roles; understanding of cultural sensitivities and time zones preferred
• Demonstrated ability to apply analytical skills
• Excellent communicator, with the ability to simplify complex concepts into digestible frameworks or messages
• Able to collaborate effectively across business functions and with different stakeholder personalities
• Able to navigate and drive alignment in a complex global organization
• Experienced in project management
• Show initiative in developing ideas or concepts
• Resolving objections or concerns amongst stakeholders
• Eagerness to flex with the needs of the business to take on new challenges
