The Technology Solutions division of IQVIA develops, markets, and implements healthcare-focused enterprise software applications to help life sciences customers drive their business from molecule to market.

Function Purpose
Our Global training team has a direct impact on our employees, our partners, our customers, and the business by providing product, business process, general technology education, and (limited) skills training for audiences around the globe, such as but not limited to: Sales, Delivery, Partners, Client End-Users.

Role Overview
The Training organization, and the Go-To-Market Enablement organization in which it resides, rely on a number of technology platforms to drive effectiveness and efficiency in performing their respective functions. Examples include LMS, Virtual Training, Certification, Sales Enablement and Partner Portal platforms.

As the Platforms Manager, you will be responsible for driving the adoption, implementation and maintenance of critical technology platforms to meet the needs of the organization.

Specifically, you will:
- Identify and recommend emerging technological capabilities that will enhance our training and GTM effectiveness
- Develop the strategy & business cases for the adoption of new technology platforms to enable Training and other GTM activities
- Lead the selection, implementation, and maintenance of platforms
- Lead business users/stakeholders to define processes & best practices that optimize the use of enabling platforms
- Partner with enterprise technology teams or other organizational units (i.e. Global Learning & Development) to optimize use of centrally available platforms and resources
- Manage budget associated with platform deployment and maintenance
- Work with product teams to establish and maintain training environments for their respective offerings
- Example in-scope platforms may include: Learning Management System, Virtual Training, Certification, MOOC, Sales Enablement and Partner Portals

Skills & Experience
- Bachelor's degree required. Advanced degree a plus with 8+ years' experience in a technology implementation or related field
- Experience leading all phases of the system development life cycle
- Can proactively and strategically think about how to adjust to future states while still managing for current needs
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills, including the ability to present complex concepts to highly technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Proven success designing, developing and sustaining sophisticated components of complex software systems in large organizations
- Excellent teamwork skills and proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority.
