Training Creative Lead – Raleigh-Durham North Carolina

IQVIA is seeking a creative lead to design immersive & engaging clinical trial training tools and experiences

Design training tools in multiple modalities

Understanding of the compliance constraints within the pharmaceutical industry, and an intellectual curiosity for learning about individual clinical trials is a must.

You should also be comfortable getting clients and attendees on board with bold new ideas. You will occasionally interface directly with clients about design concepts.

Help provide direction to Training Tools Planners and Meeting Facilitators to ensure the tools designed are produced according to vision and facilitated flawlessly. Support with the division’s overarching creative brand, ensuring consistency, quality, and distinction.

Further, this team member will work continuously with partners and colleagues all over the world. You will need a strong appreciation for global business and you will continually seek new ways to enhance our global trainings - staying in tune to local customs and attendee preferences in various regions.

Required capabilities and experience:

Demonstrable toolkit of ideas and artistic portfolio for designing meeting programmes and concepts

Proven client handling skills and experience pitching new ideas to clients

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
