Technology Talent Acquisition  (Contractor)

Key Responsibilities

  • In close liaison with the Sr Mgr, TA, manage the execution of recruitment and sourcing strategies for Global Technology hiring to include SW Architects, Content and Compliance specialists and iOS and SFDC profiles.
  • Recruitment and end-to-end candidate management, including proactive sourcing through social channels & job boards, managing candidate responses from our careers page through Workday ATS, networking for employee referrals, and communicating and closing offers.
  • When needed, effectively manage and leverage relationships with HR, Finance, Onboarding, and other internal groups as advised by Sr Mgr, TA.
  • Compile and distribute key hiring & market data (including adhoc requests) to Director of Talent Acquisition to help educate business leaders, drive sourcing strategy, enable faster hiring decisions and provide overall status updates.

Desired Skills and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 5+ years of experience managing full-cycle recruitment of experienced candidates, gained from working within an agency or corporate environment.
  • Demonstrated technology recruiting skills.
  • Healthcare or Life Sciences experience preferred.
  • Ability to source passive candidates, create effective recruiting strategies and manage client relationships as needed.
  • Ability to attract senior level talent and negotiate complex compensation packages.
  • Strong time management and prioritization capabilities, with ability to multi-task and self-manage.
  • Ability to think strategically while maintaining an eye for detail.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills along with an ability to interact and develop networks in a professional manner externally & across the business.
  • Strong team player with excellent interpersonal skills, influencing & decision facilitation skills.
  • Competent user of applicant tracking systems; Workday a plus.
  • Able to convey expertise using Linked In.
