The Content Management Customer Success Team is part of IQVIA Tech Solutions Global Delivery. TSGD provides customer success / client management, product implementations and upgrades, vendor-level support and Expert Services for our best-in-class Electronic Trial Master File (eTMF) SaaS application and its supporting products. Our clients come from Pharma and Biotech companies of all sizes as well was small to large Clinical Research Organizations.

Job Functions:
•    Quickly learn complex systems
•    Develop and deliver client-facing product demonstrations
•    Work with clients to develop and/or redefine business processes to align with the use of applications at the client site
•    Assist in delivery of a program of small to mid-sized projects using documented processes and procedures
•    Learn the processes and approaches for effective troubleshooting of client business process and software usage issues
•    Ability to work within a structured project framework
•    Contribute to team effort through communication, cooperation and coordination with other teams within the department
•    Consistently deliver high-quality service to our clients
•    Additional responsibilities as assigned

Skills & Requirements:
•    A Bachelor’s Degree or higher from an accredited college or university
•    8 – 10+ years of industry experience in IT, clinical systems experience preferred
•    Proven analytic and problem-solving skills including a thorough understanding of how to interpret customer business needs
•    Experience in managing software projects of various sizes (PMP certification a plus)
•    Experience working on software that supports the healthcare/pharmaceutical industry
•    Working knowledge of business processes, business and data analysis/data forensics, and process improvement 

•    Excellent verbal and written communication skills including telephone interactions as well as preparing and delivering presentations
•    Comfort working on team that has remote members thus requiring use of conference calls and web conferencing for some meetings
•    Ability to interact professionally with a diverse group including supervisors, client's management team, contract resources, application end users/clients, and software developers
•    Willingness to perform other duties, as required, and maintain a ‘team player’ attitude
•    Ability to learn quickly and ask probing questions
•    Ability to explain detailed processes clearly and accurately
•    Ability to work to deadlines
•    Familiarity with project planning / scheduling software (e.g., MS Project)
