Job Description

Role Purpose:
Leads the development and delivery of both internal and external training offerings in alignment with company objectives and client requirements.

Principal Accountabilities:

  • Provides internal consulting to management to drive organizational change and effectiveness.
  • Creates an environment that encourages continuous learning and enhances and communicates corporate culture and values. Supports the evolution of curricula to support professional development within functions.
  • Selects and manages relationship with vendors to deliver training that supplements internal training expertise.
  • Develops processes to identify training requirements to drive business change.
  • Leads the annual global succession planning process.
  • Oversees the global performance management and new employee orientation processes.
  • Provides subject matter expertise to Human Resources colleagues and line management in the areas of management assessment and development, performance measurement, management utilization and development needs.
  • As requested, consults with managers on motivational strategies, human performance problems and career/professional development planning.



Minimum Education, Experience, & Specialized Knowledge Required:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or other related field. Masters’ a plus.
  • 2 or more years of related experience in HR.
  • Complexity: Intermediate professional level role. Works independently, or on multiple projects as a project team member, occasionally as a project leader.
  • Works on small to large, complex projects that require increased skill in multiple technical environments and knowledge of a specific business area
