Job Description

We are looking for a talented product manager to contribute to our new and existing software solutions for promotional items for Life Sciences.What you’ll do:Design innovative product features based upon industry requirements for Life Sciences content management applicationsAuthor high quality design and functional specifications within an agile methodologyInteract with customers, services, and sales to understand business needsInteract with engineering team to drive high quality product feature implementationConduct market research and competitive analysisResponsibilitiesDesign industry leading products supporting the commercial aspects of life sciences organizations, including, but not limited to, promotional materials and medical information and management applicationsProvide thought leadership through white papers, blog posts, conference presentations, industry group participation, and other forumsInteract with customers, services, and sales to understand business needsInteract with engineering team to drive high quality product feature implementationProvide market research and competitive analysisProvide support to areas of the organization including: QA, Support, Professional Services, Marketing, and SalesRequirementsUnderstanding of the processes around the creation, review, approval, dissemination and withdrawal of promotional materialsUnderstanding of the interactions between sponsors, affiliates, regulators, creative agencies and related to advertising and promotional materialsExperience/Familiarity with CRM and Marketing automation solutionsKnowledge of the compliance environment and specific US and European regulations related to promotional materialsKnowledge of Life Sciences content management5+ years in software product management, Life Sciences software consulting or comparable role.Experience interacting with customers, development, and consulting teams, both local and remote.Ability to work independently in a fast paced environment, with little direct supervision.Strong communication skills: written, verbal and formal presentationTechnical skills to translate business requirements into terms that developers and testers can understandNice to HaveKnowledge of Software Validation processes and requirementsBachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science or Computer Software-related domain#RP-LI1#GSD
