The Team

This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic, talented and fast paced team, actively participating in and supporting Talent Acquisition (TA) delivery for a world leading organization and ever expanding global business unit, Real World Insights (RWI).


As a Sourcing Specialist you will be providing sourcing support to our RWI TA team in Europe and the USA. The team will require your professional support during the recruitment lifecycle including sourcing and qualifying candidates and also acting as the custodian for candidate experience.  This is a great opportunity for someone wanting an introduction into the internal talent acquisition environment.

Principal Accountabilities

  • Provide sourcing support to multiple Talent Acquisition Specialists.
  • Participate in briefing and debriefing meetings to develop a better understanding of the business requirements, the required skills and expertise as well as the role contribution to the wider team.
  • Manage and track all candidate activity from identification through to onboarding.
  • Contribute to candidate engagement and overall experience.
  • Ensure accurate communication with candidates.
  • Prepare regular pipeline reports gathering relevant data to do so.
  • Hold accountability for efficiently moving candidates through the assessment process.

Desired Skills and Experience

  • Some previous recruitment experience likely from an agency or an RPO environment.
  • Experience using popular attraction and sourcing tools and methods e.g. Boolean search
  • Highly organised with an eye for detail and accuracy
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Must be highly motivated and driven with the ability to work independently
  • Willingness to learn
  • Open for a challenge in a genuinely fast-paced environment.
